Thank you for stopping by. Unfortunately, I am no longer accepting new clients as my schedule is full. When I first opened Phoenix Facials, I was afraid I may not get busy enough to warrant even having a business yet here I am running out of appointment times to rebook. I take pride in my work and would not like to spread myself too thin and start offering less value to my clients. For that reason, I have made the decision to close my books to new clients - for the time being.

Hygiene has always been paramount to us, therefore, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our clinic and clients.

We provide hand sanitizer and/or hand washing facilities for use at the beginning and end of each appointment
We will continue to change all bedding and ensure all surfaces/equipment are cleaned, wiped down and disinfected between each client
Your contact details are kept in case tracing is required

Reschedule your appointment if you’re not feeling well, have a fever or have been in contact with someone who is sick or have travelled overseas in the last 14 days
No visitors or accompanying guests are permitted at your appointment.
